All content on the D247 platform, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is the property of D247 and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without our express written consent.

7. Termination of Service

D247 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account without prior notice if we believe the user has violated these terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if required by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

D247 shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or claims resulting from system outages, internet connectivity issues on the user’s end, or unauthorized access to your account due to your negligence.
